It was yummy. I think I mentioned you eat with your hands. It was different, but yummy. I’d go back again – don’t go it alone if you’re not brave. LOL
We had a nice time catching up; we always take forever to order. We spend at least an hour catching up and in that time our server always comes over like five times and we still can’t focus. What did I have, you ask? I don’t know, it was some chicken thing, you have it with a flat (almost tortilla like) sour dough bread and it also had some spicy lentils in something like a BBQ sauce, some spinach and potatoes that were yummy and mixed vegetables.
After dinner, we went across the street to Cold Stone and pigged out some more on ice cream. It was a good way to spend a rainy Monday night.
One Sunday I want to do Movie & Mimosas at Criterion Cinemas in New Haven. I was reminded of that when we drove by tonight. Last summer they had some great oldies playing including On the Waterfront, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Streetcar Named Desire, among other classics.
